This evening I will be talking to Greg Smith MP, chair of the #loancharge APPG about the so-called "review" of the Loan Charge, announced by HM Treasury today. Except it is nothing of the sort and it's not independent. Very disappointed in James Murray for being hoodwinked.

An extraordinary thing. Morse removed pre-DR loans from #loancharge & pardoned only those who hadn't disclosed (no open enquiry). McCann now helps only those still within the #loancharge but who didn't settle! Those with pre-DR open enquiry now slip between the two! Shambles.
