It was a pleasure to meet with Mayor Roberto Dipiazza to talk about about the developpment of Trieste, ambitious plans of redevelopment and regeneration of the Porto Vecchio and the economic development of the city.

Very interesting exchange of ideas with Mayor Rodolfo Ziberna of Gorizia, this year’s joint European culture capital, covering culture but also the challenges and opportunities of border regions, the importance of Schengen and the links between Luxembourg and Gorizia.
