When an agent tells me their client is open to any size restaurant space, and any location across the Wasatch Front, it tells me their client has put little thought into their business plan. It also tells me that agent is not a great agent for not helping guide their client.

If you want to improve the look of your retail building for the least amount of money. New paint in the parking lot, new paint on the building, and clean new blacktop or crack/seal is the best bang for your buck!

Co$tar wants a minimum 6 month contract for their Premium Listings. Instead of paying $6k for them to promote a company listing that should only need 2 weeks of exposure, what other paid marketing services do you like? RCM1? Etc.?

Got an offer from a yoga tenant who's a start up, with no minimal net worth but great credit. Landlord was very hesitant, on a new construction building. Tenant offered a full year of rent up front, and a rolling 6 months of rent prepaid for the first 3 years. How do you say no?

NYC is the most efficient use of CRE space in the country. Last 24 hours: dinner in a basement, workout/gym in a basement, coffee in a basement, and a retail networking event in a basement.

Broker blasts out looking for absolute net, multi tenant retail deals. The odds of finding that are extremely low. Multi tenant will come with roof, structure, and parking lot oversite at a minimum. You can't have your cake and eat it too in this scenario.
