Here’s the entire deposit from a pit we uncovered from Covesea Cave 2 - you can see the sort of diversity of species I’m dealing with just in this small sample!

There’s also an amazing amount of preservation in these caves - in this photo, we have an articulated “leg” of the now-extinct Great Auk, which is still held together by preserved bits of soft tissue!
