ScotRail peak fares to return on September 27. According to Transport Scotland the success of off-peak fares was "limited” in moving folk from cars to rail. For Glasgow to Edinburgh, maybe more success if they’d brought back the 15 minute service too. Shitey news, is my hot take.

My hot take on the Central Belt today is that it should not cost £31.40 to take the train between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Another example of how ineffective public transport is within Glasgow; my commute to work by car takes 18 minutes. By public transport it takes 50+ - and that’s if I make all my connections. A deeply unserious system.

Music Venue Trust highlighted this sobering stat following the Oasis reunion news. We must ensure to protect the spaces where the next generation have the opportunity to grow.

I think we should start a petition to start physically queuing for gig tickets again because this is agony and there’s already touts selling them for crazy amounts. So done with this method of getting tickets.
