Patrick Liberpublican🇺🇸☭⃠🐊🐍 Except that WWII wasn't over for us on May 8th like it was for Europe. We were still fighting the Japanese in the Pacific. They didn't surrender until August 15th. Victory Day (VE Day) is more important because their countries were freed from occupation. Aren't Memorial Day
