Dear online journals, When we click an in-text reference and instead of opening a crossref it just scrolls down to the references section causing us to lose our place in the text, a small part of our soul dies. Respectfully, Everyone

One of the best pieces of advice I can give to grad students is something that I learned from my time as a competitive swimmer: It's natural to want to see how fast others around you are going, but looking around slows you down and ruins your form. Focus on your own goals & time.

The external pallidum in the basal ganglia plays roles in both motor and non-motor functions. The literature is rapidly evolving but confusing. A critical review is needed—check this out! Hope you’ll find this helpful! rdcu.be/deSSQ nature.com/articles/s4159…
