Improving your Reverse Lunge & Split Squat numbers will improve your Squat numbers… Improving your Squat numbers won’t do much for your Reverse Lunge & Split Squat numbers… Single Leg emphasized lifts should be more than an accessory

Good morning to everyone except athletes who don’t strength train in-season Want to be more likely to get hurt? Don’t train in-season Want to start your off-season behind? Don’t train in-season Want to get slower? Don’t train in-season Seems like a no brainer to me.

When you lower standards, the "underachievers" are relieved and complacent. When you raise standards, the "champions" are excited and motivated.

Proud to say we have this at Greene County, and love that we have it! We still offer some before school opportunities too, but having it during the day is a game changer for all!

I don’t know which was faster Evie’s flying 10 this morning, or her time from second to home. Love seeing athletes train in the morning and perform in the evening. In-season training matters and Evie is a great example that it can be done!

Baseball players… NOT strength training all summer during tournament/showcase season is the WORST thing to do Not a scare tactic, just reality You will: - Increase injury risk - Adversely impact velocity or power - Get slower - Start next off-season as a shell of yourself

True Speed Training looks very Vanilla on paper. It looks like some brief prep work, a handful of max effort reps, long rest periods, and chasing PRs. A lot of the extra fluff coaches add is more for the image than the result. Speed Training done right, is actually very boring.
