#UtEdChat Q4 -- Similar to Q2, but we can get more specific. If things were perfect (if we could rate ourselves a 10 on that burnout scale), what would a day in our lives as educators look like? Let your imaginations run wild, let's figure out what we hope to experience one day.

#UtEdChat A4 -- If everything were perfect, I would have clear lesson plans with a clear what-why-how. Each lesson would have an engaging activity. The students would be doing more work than me in the class. I would bounce around and speak to every student.

#UtEdChat A5 -- Doing reflective activities like this are the most helpful strategies for me. I find myself getting burned out when I get bogged down and surrounded by things that live on the periphery of importance... Reflection helps me to re-center on what is most important.
