Our 'Dr Bike' session today was a big hit. 12 bikes serviced, with checks to brakes, gears and tyres. New handlebars stoppers were added to some. Massive thanks to the Healthy Valleys Gear Up Team and to our senior pupil and parent helper. 👏 🚲

Thanks to Clydesdale Specialist Support Team team for leading a 'Sleep Action' parent/carer session today after 'Meet the Teacher'. Great input on identifying and addressing barriers to sleep. 👏 😴 🌙
