6 years later... 3 years of Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Gov remediation. Our homes left half safe. Bellway say 2027 before work to fix the remaining issues starts. Scope still unknown. Sales either falling through or at rock bottom prices. Insurance now c.£1,200 per flat p.a. We're still trapped 😞
