Hello. It's me again. Sadly this week we lost rally legend Brian Culcheth at the grand age of 84. Here he is in the middle, with rally legend Tony Pond on the left and Competitions Manager Bill Price on the right. And a few Sherpa van's in the background for good measure.

Who says you can't get a Morris Marina 1300 sideways. This is Mr Brian Culcheth doing his thing. Respect.

I was hoping to put the keyboard down for a while and get back in my fairly tidy man cave and do what i do best like making TR8's go faster. But the Doctor said not this week, so maybe a bit of decorating instead.

Triumph Tuesday. Thought i would get in early even though it's late.

I finally got the rear axle out of the TR8 after recovering from my hernia operation and two trips to the chiropracter to sort out my bad back. I might take it to Crabtree Axle Services to get it rebuilt. I've heard (herd) she is a dab hand with these Leyland axles these days.🙂

Out and about yesterday scrubbing in new front tyres, Yokey Kokey's (Yokohama). Well, the old ones were 11 years old and the steering was very vague, especially on the motorway. BTW photo bomber in the background. Might be a retro Volvo.

@PhilipH47076027 No, definitely not! Your TR8 is prefect as it is. Beautiful, engineered/ modified/ improved to the point of perfection. If you did anything to it other than look after it, use it & love it as you do, I’d beat you with a big stick! 🤣
