I cant agree more. After 35 yrs of service in MOH, I've been privileged to have worked with numerous hard-working & dedicated healthcare professionals. On Workers Day, it's befitting to acknowledge our HCWs who serve with little recognition...our attendants, nurses, MAs. TQ 🙏🏻

At face value, 40% sounds very high. However, lumping occasional & frequent absences together may give an imaccurate picture....how occasional & how frequent were they? Any defined criteria & were these made clear in the survey?
Nevertheless this issue requires scrutiny.
