Vito Rugani is the only farmer in the world who uses nothing but natural vegetable to produce carrot juice, and he has plans to introduce others. Greenway Farms Ltd is a member of @pma Southern Africa Rugani Carrots foodformzansi.co.za/mzansi-farmer-…

The rand is flying on improved global risk sentiment, now at R14.45/$. This is despite Eskom woes, again emphasising that the rand is mainly influenced by global as opposed to SA-specific developments.

Apart from wind, water and sunlight there are rhino horns that can be farmed and exported. Private farmers will have an insensitive to protect and breed rhinos. Imagine how many orange trees will be planted if you can't export oranges? Cutmaker Kevin Pietersen🦏

There is no clearer indication that governments claimed commitment to land reform is dishonest and a politically opportunistic sham. moneyweb.co.za/news/south-afr…

I’m no expert on the outcome of Stellenbosch University’s pivot to English-medium tuition as a means to address exclusion. After a brief visit, though, I can say that there are loads more Polo-driving southern suburbs kids living it up at Dorp Street’s flashy new hangouts 😜

My solution to the #moodys #downgrade because I love #southafrica and want us to prosper. 1) Get the free market into SOE's, privatise; 2) Give investors full confidence in property rights, stop EWC etc; 3) Cancel BEE and Transformation. #southafrica #junk #junkstatus

JC Coetzee We'll exit the WGBI during April. This will lead to massive capital outflows. Generally downgrades lead to higher interest rates, higher inflation and a weaker exxhange rate.

Difficult to see our lockdown lasting more than 21 days. People can't pay rent, can buy food or any other essentials without any income. Unless the gov rolls out massive support (with what money?) I would be surprised to see our lockdown heading deep into April.

#Sweden's no #Lockdown policy has proven to work like a charm. While the rest of the world is facing economic crisis, Sweden's economy grew in Q1. It just goes to show: the #Sledgehammer lockdown is worse than the disease itself. cnbc.com/2020/05/29/cor…
