Great exercise for anyone who struggles with pitching or is simply trying to develop their skill set. 3 ball challenge. 1 ball lead arm only. 1 ball trail arm only. 1 ball both arms. Find the ‘trouble’ side & train each arm individually before learning how to match up in unison⛳️
