I’m truly understanding what it means to love and accept myself. People always talk about it but nobody teaches you how to do it. Most of us would rather have others love us while we don’t love ourselves, and that will bring more hurt than there needs to be.

I love about Saturday and Sunday mornings. I’m able to sit outside, enjoy the sunrise while reading my books. The colors in the skies, singing of the birds. The trees and space around me. For those moments I always know I’ll be at peace.

Happy 19 years to World of Warcraft! My first character was in beta as an Orc Hunter. I think they werent even fully finished w/ Hunter features but I loved it. I eventually went Druid until WotLK. WoW is essentially a freshman in college!

Wife and I saw Savannah Bananas last night and I am not into sports. But from a mental health view it’s a great show. They really promote “play” which is something as adults we forget to do for ourselves because of judgement and shame. Is lot of fun if you open yourself to it.
