We just published a molecular dynamics study in Applied Physics Letters on thermal transport across Ga2O3–diamond interfaces - we find that thermal boundary resistance varies by up to 70% depending on the orientation of the β-Ga2O3. More details on aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/5.…
