Excited to be today in the House of Parliament for #NationalEngineeringDay This is Engineering organized by Royal Academy of Engineering for a panel discussion on how to get more people into Engineering, how to develop new solutions in Engineering including for net zero.

We just published a molecular dynamics study in Applied Physics Letters on thermal transport across Ga2O3–diamond interfaces - we find that thermal boundary resistance varies by up to 70% depending on the orientation of the β-Ga2O3. More details on aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/5.…

Excited to be today on the DOE ULTRA meeting in ASU in Tempe, Arizona... a DOE funded centre to develop ultrawide bandgap materials for next generation power electronics for smart grids.
