Day 2 of a design leadership workshop, and realized that watching a person to present over zoom for a few hours straight is not effective. I've been constantly distracted by other incoming tasks. Remote workshops need to design for better async learning experience.

Career growth does not have to be always a vertical path. You can grow horizontally so you can collaborate and influence more cross-disciplinary; You can grow deeply within yourself, so you better understand what really matters to you.

You can only roll with the punches for so long, I am feeling a bit like this floor hippo at midweek. Need a nap to restart.

So much of this! Save your sanity to work with people who value you and wants your expertise rather than fighting to educate them. Spend your time wisely.
