Today Rocky Adkins, Senior Advisor to Governor Andy Beshear, spoke at the Kentucky Association of School Administrators Annual Leadership Institute on the importance of Pre-K for All. We'll be across Kentucky talking to stakeholders and making sure that this is the People's Plan
