In living my #bucketlistlife, tonight’s adventure was aerial yoga. I did all the things (including several inversions). I also immediately popped 3 Advil when I got home and am now lying in bed with a heating pad. And I used to be such a badass. *sigh*

After the pat down I just got from TSA, I could have skipped my annual breast exam this year….😳😬.

A little late to the party but finally watched #HardKnocks last night. Loved every minute, but I couldn’t help wondering-why does Joe Burrow have the prettiest hair I’ve ever seen on a quarterback? 🤷‍♀️😂

This is the first year in a long time I have truly enjoyed watching the Steelers play. They’re having fun. And so am I. 🏈
