Many women with #Fibroids & Heavy Periods, have #IronDeficiency & aren’t aware. GPs may spot Common symptoms ie Extreme exhaustion, breathlessness, hair loss, itchy skin, brain fog. Similar to Menopause symptoms +Women in menopause may have, Too High iron, so blood test is needed

I was in training when ACA passed. Before, we routinely saw pts with uterine fibroids so large it caused renal failure - required dialysis, surgery; we were used to managing it. Afterward and since, practically never. Access to care does matter.

My own student debt is insane and I will be one of those Ed Helm mentions who will be working until 75 just to pay it off. Graduate school is not cheap!!!!
