What can I say had a fantastic weekend for this great bunch of people I am so lucky to be part of such an amazing group of people we smashed this on Saturday it was good to see so many young people there

Had my first race at Coventry at the weekend really happy with my results the times need to come down a bit but happy with all of my races cam 3rd in my heat to Q for the B final with a time of 13:48 B final 13:46 and a 4th place finish and then winning the 200m final 🇬🇧🇬🇧🎉🎉

Had a great race on Wednesday 12:20 in the 100m cant believe it and the session is not even over yet there is more to come definitely
