Why do refund takes so much time @MaxLifeIns when all details are already available and you have already rejected application. Isn’t it unfair to customer? Even Amazon refunds amounts on product return in one day. @MaxLifeIns bad experience after amount is debited.

Your customer care people are calling from so many different numbers and asking me when payment will be done. Once I am explaining my query to them they are disconnecting call. I have got such 20-25 calls from yesterday.

Now also after my tweeter post today morning and sharing my details on DM, people from Ola support have raised ticket and they are saying they did not understand my query. I have shared contact number also. But yet no call to resolve.
