New paper out from CHiCS by us form Inequalities SPHSU and Marion Henderson For children in care, hospitalisations for some causes are lower while in care, compared to before and after care.

Some pretty stark data from the 2022 census: "Among 16 to 24 year olds the figure [those reporting a mental health condition] was 15.4% - with females (20.4%) twice as likely as males to report a mental health condition" bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
