Just spoke with a group of fans about their struggle to get to the course today. Once they made it onsite, there were zero options for ADA assistance. Bordering on negligence at this point.

The tour hasn't really explained much at all beyond their statement about what went wrong this morning or what they've done to ensure that this won't happen again. More transparency is needed. More accountability is needed.
