Best way to eat Moringa leaves is to stir fry it with eggs and make it a scramble with onion, salt etc. The leaves are bitter to taste (not extreme like neem, but lightly), the egg offsets the bitterness. you can eat it with chapatis or wheat/almond tortillas.
