Enjoyed my time at the Prep Hoops Circuit 🏀 Michigan State Tournament outside of Detroit. Best field since have been covering it. Below are the All Tournament Teams for 17U and 16U divisions prephoops.com/2025/06/ph-mic… prephoops.com/2025/06/ph-mic…

A high school coach doesn’t just teach basketball. They teach discipline, resilience, teamwork—and how to stay calm under pressure. Winning games is a bonus. Winning at *life* is the mission. Don’t lose sight of the bigger picture.

#MakeShots Player Profile Hastings Junior Quincy brown 2027 is in his 1st yr of the membership. He drives all over to training and has attended 17 workouts! Quincy is locked into the mechanical details to improve his shot. I love being in the gym with him and seeing him grow.

Most frustrating part of AAU games this weekend. Guards continuously looking off bigs in the post, and/or not knowing how to make an entry pass to them. It’s a lost skill, and needs to be developed again badly.
