Speaking with a former student earlier about a paper resubmission, I remembered this one. It never ages.

We’ve been studying the immune response to vaccinia virus, the smallpox vaccine, for a number of years. After vaccination, vaccinia makes a small skin lesion that can result in a scar. Here we show that (in mice) this lesion is caused by bacteria 1/5 biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
