I took my wife and 2 daughters to Olive Garden in San Marcos, TX. Gave my name and number to the host at the door. Was told to wait in my car and I would get a text. After 45 minutes, went to check my status only to hear that they called my name (no text) and I didn’t respond....

...so they gave our table to someone else. No apology, no offer to make it right. I was told that I could continue to wait! I guess Olive Garden is social distancing from customer service. Thank you Applebee's Grill + Bar in Kyle for great food and service!
