Greg Abbott can play all the shameful, MAGA games he wants to make our lives more difficult, but he can never change who we are. I will fight to overturn this when I am sworn in. #LoveWins

Paxton is again misusing his office to instill fear in Texas voters. Read his statement carefully—he has no evidence of any wrongdoing, but he’s spending your tax dollars going after groups that are doing exactly what Texas law allows them to do: register people to vote. 1/2

School districts across Texas face budget cuts while the state under Greg Abbott sits on a record budget surplus. The Texas Constitution *requires the state* to pay for public education. Don't forget Abbott held school funding hostage for vouchers and he's still doing it.

They're worried about losing in November and these sham investigations are their way to try to justify rejecting results that don't favor them.

Abbott implies that 457,000 dead people were voting...no they were just still on the rolls because dead people cannot remove themselves. And he neglects to mention how 463,000 get on the suspense list since we have all heard about valid, regular voters getting flagged as such.

Regarding the news that Texas removed "over 6500" noncitizens from voter rolls: "When Texas tried this approach in 2019...it had 98,000 individuals originally identified as non-U.S. citizens...only 80 were actually determined to be ineligible to vote" campaignlegal.org/update/false-c…

Predictable: Texas inches towards purple, a threat to Republican dominance. State leadership takes drastic steps—purging voter rolls, targeting our grassroots champions, and voter suppression laws—to push back. We can either give up or keep going. Let’s keep going.

Actually, I was happy to see that Shawn Thierry switched parties to become a Republican. It fully validates the decision by voters in HD 146 to remove her from office. She betrayed them, and they fired her.

It is a *little* weird that "age concerns" have disappeared as a constant focus of campaign reporting and discussion even though the GOP nominee would be the oldest man ever sworn in to the office and is very obviously sharply declining before our eyes.
