A quick iPhone edit! I’ve just added an extra leaf to next to the orange and also a flower and more berries! Got rid of the leaf over the sherd- this was an accident at the time! Second draft based on this will begin this weekend… yay!

It's hard to believe that this oak leaf, found on the wreck of the Mary Rose, fell from a tree during the reign of Henry VIII. Wonder if the tree it fell from ended up on a ship too? Didn't find any acorns though. Shame.

This is an old find which was a bit of a mystery and therefore left in a box! After meeting with the local museum I was asked if it was a Tegula Mammata tile… a Roman tile with a lumped spacer!#tegulamammata #romanfinds #isitroman

Turns out it’s not Roman, but a post medieval tile which would have been made for the same job!
