Took me 1 day a week for 1.5 years sitting in a room with thousands of books around me to pick an IRL book to read. It’s a psychological thriller focused around 2 women across timelines & an insane design technologist (software + building architect) with empathy for the grieving.

1 day of purchased firewood required to heat our house is the same as a 6-pack of beer. Foraging is free, but grey legal risk, + requires physical strength with saws & axes. I’ve been able to find kindling for a while in our yard, especially from this ridiculous shedding tree.
