It’s very relevant to report someone’s actual sex in almost all situations. One can’t hide sex, tho it can be disguised, just as with age. Sex is important legally, socially and in healthcare for our dignity and safety.

Women particularly have the need for privacy when changing or using toilets. Workplace regulations require single sex spaces in most situations - it is not optional. We are very pleased that there is a growing movement to correct the sex discrimination of the last few years.
