Booster process from 3d model -> in-game asset (with vfx). I made a custom texture builder system (like substance painter) inside Unity, and also made a custom VFX tool to streamline the process. This whole asset took about 1 hour to make. #gamedev #indiedev #vfx

testing out the toughness of different materials - plastic, metal and concrete. so far the car is doing pretty well. the goal is to make most obstacles, structures and even the ground destructible. lemme know what you'd like to see get destroyed #gamdev #indiedev

updated my car ai in order to give better local avoidance. the green / red whiskers allow the cars to detect local obstacles while trying their best to still follow their path #gamdev #indiedev
