Initiated within 35-40 days, WTF? Who gives such timelines in digital era? I checked with Indigo and they said you should have booked it from indigo now the prices are tripled when i told them what their vendor is saying, they mentioned for any of their channels they are not

Responsible and if any customer has to claim anything on Indigo customers has to start booking directly from #indigo i was amazed by the reply and was thinking how airlines are fooling and looting customers.
