Today at FEDCo I referenced the large Covid-19 related insurance policies hitting our community associations. (re: Beacon Hill CA private ins. DOUBLED over night) and wanting to know CA's that purchase through the city (like Pineview, Ottawa) what they can expect on renewal.

🚨Great news for Beacon Hill! The expansion of our windowless, shoebox of a community hall at $1.5 million going full steam ahead and will be complete Dec 2021! Our community hall is growing up to be a community CENTRE! Merry Christmas Beacon Hill CA 🚧⚒️
