Wow! Booking has been open less than 24hrs and the cooking class with chef Sa Reta is already 50% booked! There is no opportunity for us to arrange another date this year so if you want to learn some authentic Indian recipes and techniques I highly recommend booking ASAP

I adore Lemon Curd!! Butter, eggs, sugar and lemon combine to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Delicious spread on toast and crumpets, layered in cakes and pastries, swirled into cream and crushed meringue or added to lemon trifles.

Several hours (>5hrs) later on a very low simmer and the beef is tender and collapsing with a spoon, the pinto beans are soft and the sauce is rich with spices, chocolate and dried peppers. A mighty fine Chilli Con Carne for Cinco de Mayo!
