Imtac was involved in this project. It is very welcome that parking for non standard and accessible cycles has been included. Wheels for Wellbeing
Thanks to @wheels4well Motability Foundation @Sustrans Peddle My Wheels for the trike loan. It provides a free month long cycle loan for disabled people in London. I found out about it via Will Norman twitter feed and is the first time out on a bike in 14 months. wheelsforwellbeing.org.uk/wheels-4-me-lo…
ICE Trikes low centre of gravity keeps the rider stable. The supportive, reclined seat & lever system make it a comfortable option for anyone who struggles to balance on an upright cycle or hold their arms out in front of them. E-assist helps with hills. Our next loan cycle?
Congratulations to Peddle My Wheels and CEO Alper Muduroglu for winning well deserved LCC Community Initiative Award!! Key partners to #Wheels4MeLondon inclusive cycle loan scheme with Wheels for Wellbeing. Total commitment to tackling barriers to cycling for the most excluded 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
We are looking for parents of multiples (twins, triplets, quads & more) to participate in a study exploring their everyday mobilities (how they navigate to and through public spaces) with your children. Please share the advert below with any parents of multiples ☺️. Twins Trust
We’re so excited to use our new Van Raam Bikes Fun2Go two-seater from Bikeworks for our Wheels for All programme! Thanks so much to all the kind donors and supporters including Pinner Association
Deeply moving video of the effect Long COVID can have on mobility and quality of life. We were privileged to speak to Darren earlier in his diagnosis about utility cycling (wheelsforwellbeing.org.uk/my-cycle-my-mo…) and we're sorry to see this latest update. theguardian.com/society/video/…
