Let’s not forget that: • UoB closed the world-leading Centre for Contemporary Cultural Studies driven by well-known activist scholars such as Stuart Hall & Paul Gilroy. • in 2012, UoB made the only Black Sociology lecturer redundant & cut his modules on race and ethnicity.
