What a surprise to find craft beer at the cheese farm. You can enjouy a Blackhorse Lager @ R45 per pint under the trees with a beautiful view of the mountains. They also have the Blackhorse Gingerberry on tap @ R45 per pint. Other beer in bottles range from R25.

The sign made us stop. A bit old school and a bit rough. They have DP Lager @ R30 per pint. Bottled craft beer like Blackhorse Lager @R35 and Little Wolf Hoppy Wheat @R40 then other beer from R20 per bottle. They have gin from Baardman Brouerij on tap at only R30

What a buzzy vibe! If you can't get Laurentina on tap brewed by a local brewer else you opt for the Suoer Bock on tap at R55 a pint.Mozambique's 2M in bottles R37. 50. Norm beer @ R30 per bottle. No beer on the menu. The food menu is authentic Moz and the food is really good.

Last stop for the day. Upperdeck has a vibe of its own. You either like it or not. We like it. They have several alternative beers ie Leffe, Hoegaarden en even Fokof lager @ R45 /draught. Black Label and Castle Tank beer @ R35 per pint. There food specials are quite inviting too.

#backyardbeerfest We have Brewcraft doing a demo on making alcohol at our backyard festival!

Our lineup for the #backyardbeerfest includes @Anvil, Old Potter's Inn, Chad DuMond, Little Wolf, @SabieBrewingCo, Karoo Craft Brewery, Frontier Beer Co., Drifter Brewing Company, Mountain Brewing Co, Paternoster, 1000 hills and Keg House. This going to be a warmup for the Capital Craft beer festival

First beer of the festival was a 2 year bottle of Paternoster Pilsner. Still perfect and a real tasty beer to kick off the #backyardbeerfest

Next stall is Frontier Beer Co. at the #backyardbeerfestival . A BIT early for an IPA you'd say but this beer is such a balanced session IPA, we can have it all day!

Next we have Mountain Brewing Co, all the way from Worcester with their award winning Madalas Gold at our #backyardbeerfest. A Belgium Golden Strong

Time for a dark beer at our Backyard Beer Fest. This is an interesting beer from Sabie Brewing Co. Co which we got on our Zwakala recce trip in December.
