Oh, look. Another delay. Amazon is just killing it with my #amazonprime delivery service. This was supposed to be delivered today. Then Friday. Then Monday. And now Tuesday. And, after all that, it looks like they couldn't even bother to drop off the already late package on time

Riddle me this, Amazon. If the package I was supposed to receive yesterday with my #amazonprime shipping was sent from less than 10 miles away, then why is it in California right now?

Remind me why I bother to pay Amazon #AmazonPrime? I order something that’s supposed to be delivered on Thursday and instead it is shipped late and then shows Monday delivery without any indication of delay or apology. I guess this is just how you treat your paying customers.

Why is Amazon so terrible with order tracking? Don’t you like run the damn cloud? It’s pretty clear from FedEx this package is NOT arriving today. But here you are…telling me that it is. I love paying #amazonprime fees of $120 a year for this awful level of customer service.

Aaaaannnd…here we go again with unbelievably terrible #amazonprime service from Amazon. Clearly stated the 25th for delivery upon ordering. Now ships for delivery on the 27th. No message, no apology, just typical bait and switch.

So, I have #AmazonPrime and order a Prime eligible item. Why would it take a full week in transit? When did Amazon just decide that this was an acceptable way to treat its Prime customers.

Ok, juicy update. Was just told by Amazon #customerservice that the reason my item will take a week in transit is because it’s “72 inches. Apparently they think this light is packaged fully assembled with the chords fully extended. Good Lord. You can’t make this stuff up.

Pretty crappy to blame the carrier for a delayed delivery when they’ve been saying all along what the real delivery date was. You shipped the package late, have broken tracking APIs and try to blame UPS. I just don’t understand how Amazon #AmazonPrime service can be so bad.

As a gay man I am embarrassed and disgusted that Seattle Pride is not permitting Seattle Police Department officers to march in uniform. How do you ignore over 50 years of progress and support? What a stain on this year’s pride celebration. We need more qualified leadership.
