What I notice about this 100mph throw is the glove side. Glove side creates a massive stretch (first photo) Then it works back in to create a 'block' and not over rotate. (second photo) This is a big focus of mine - to clear the glove side, then work it back in.

One of the quickest fixes for a young athlete training to get faster? Clean up the arms. First, relax the hands…”tension anywhere is tension everywhere.” Let the elbows open slightly as the arm drives past the pocket on the back swing.

Arraez vs Kwan -> Lowest Swing + Miss Rates in MLB - Short Handset Position - Stride Forward vs Leg Lift - Tight barrel with the back shoulder - Front arm stays more bent than usual

Interesting 1B/3B Steal & Stop Play 1) Daniel Johnson steals 2B & stops well short of 2B so as not to get tagged out by Cole Young before Ryan Mountcastle scores. 2) Young does a good job running Johnson back to 1B with his head on a swivel. WHERE THE PLAY BREAKS DOWN

🚨 HITTERS — Your front heel plant can make or break your swing. 🚨 When that front heel hits the ground, your head should stop moving forward — ideally right at heel plant or within 1–2 frames after. Why? Because drifting through the swing kills launch time, robs swing speed,

Zack Wheeler never moved that well -- he moves like Misiorowski -- but Wheeler didn't max out. That started to change in 2024. And Wheeler went all out in 2025. The Inverted W WILL get you.

The Lenyn Sosa Experience™️ continues. I certainly did not see him hitting 17 home runs this year, let alone surpassing that number. Still don’t trust him in the field, but if he wants to hit like this at DH I wouldn’t complain.

The Splitter is an interesting pitch in that there are tons of ways to throw it based on whether you're supination or pronation dominant. Here's one way to bucket the most common grips to begin the pitch design process. -2-Seam grip -Middle finger bias -Index finger bias

All else equal, throwing harder leads to higher torques, but there is a large range due to many variables. A pitcher throwing 85 mph with highly inefficient mechanics could be experiencing higher torques than a pitcher throwing 100+ mph with highly efficient mechanics.

BREAKING: Hamas has announced that it will execute four Palestinians tomorrow, one of whom is a woman. Their crime? Getting aid from GHF. Will the media report this? Will anyone even try to stop this?

Take a listen as Tom House 〽️ breaks down this young pitcher’s mechanics. He highlights the importance of creating an energy angle at peak leg lift—what we measure as ‘Lift and Thrust.’ This pivotal element of the throw helps generate both velocity and direction ⚾️🔥

BREAKING: Hamas executed four Gazans this morning, including a 32 year old humanitarian aid worker, on accusations of “collaboration with the enemy.” So collaboration with Israel on humanitarian aid distribution is now a crime in Hamas-led Gaza. Wow.

I wish conservatives got this straight: Without blue states, America would look like a failing country; patchy internet, collapsing schools, no tech, no medicine, no future. Red states cash the federal checks. Blue states write them. You don’t fund the nation. You bleed it

I'll never understand how anyone who has a heart can support or justify the October 7 massacre, with all the horrendous photos, videos and testimonies about the rapes, the slaughter, the looting, the lynching that the Arab invaders from Gaza have committed in Jewish communities.

Instead of coiling around the back leg, treat it like a fixed point. Your goal is to rotate against that fixed point, not around it. 💪 In this case, Turner Givens had to neutralize how much Justin Fuson was coiling the upper half. 📈
