I am again saying we already have Wildcard positions in the AFL. It’s 5th to 8th. We just call them elimination finals. Two teams (WB 2016 & ADL 1998) have won from the flag from outside the four since we went to a top-eight in the mid 90s. Those are the real finals positions.
