Our setup for TAAA with VA ECMO. 14mm intercostal graft for arterial cannulation, R femoral vein cannulation, Fogarty catheters in the intercostals to be preserved. Next step - off ECMO, divide 14 mm graft and sew it to intercostals. Total transfusion 1 unit PRBC. #aortaEd
