Mayor Lumbard met w/Cub Scouts Troop 2778 in the Council Chamber. Some Cub Scouts are on their journey to achieve the Webelos rank. One of the requirements was to learn about the voting system. They asked Mayor Lumbard a lot of great questions, & also asked for his autograph!

This week, Mayor Lumbard met with Cub Scout Pack 546. The Scouts toured City Hall and the Council Chamber, and asked the Mayor lots of great questions regarding public service and voting methods. May your Scouting journey continue to teach you great things, Pack 546! 🏛️🌟

Proposition 36, the voter approved initiative to address theft, drug crimes and homelessness, has been in effect one month. In the first 30 days, there have been 540 bookings by Orange County law enforcement agencies into our county jail on Proposition 36 charges.
