Thanks to Swissotel Chicago for hosting ASP Chicago and 11 of our young people in preparation to host our fall benefit, Standing With All Stars. We learned about dining etiquette along with some tips on working a room during high-top functions. Stay tuned for pictures from the event!

Thank you Equity Residential for working with our young people as they continue to develop their public speaking skills. We got to be a bit silly with some improv but then spoke about goals and aspirations in a 1:1 speed-interview exercise. A great development experience for all!

During our Fall Leadership Program visited Goodman Theatre to see Swing State. For a lot of our young people it was the first time going to a play, the Goodman's welcoming environment and our Q&A a few days later made them feel right at home.

Thanks to everyone who supported ASP of Chicago's Standing With All Stars Benefit. In true Chicago style, nearly 200 people-young people and the caring adults-braved the winter weather to honor Sean Walsh of The Walsh Group and raise funds to support ASP's award winning programs

ASP of Chicago was excited to usher in the holidays with ASP Inc. Pres, Chris Street. Though this is our only holiday season in our temporary workspace, we decorated and dressed to bring some holiday cheer. Excited to celebrate next year at the Hub for After School Development!

Huge thank you to Tony Bradley and Chicago Bulls for hosting our young people at their training facility last week! It was amazing meeting him and the Bulls' Community to ask them questions regarding their career and their lives. A great, developmental time was had by all!
