Last time I order a product from @google 1 out of 2 products were faulty and been trying to return the item for the last month! So difficult to speak with someone and when I am connected I'm on the phone for over 3 hours ! I was due a call back at 12 today still waiting...😡

Twice I have asked to file a complaint with Google nest and still no further. What is wrong with a business like this it's appalling. Google Nest Google Nest Support Still waiting on the call back that was at 12 yesterday.
