So you want to leverage deep learning for tractography but you don't have ground-truth data ? We might have a solution for you ! biorxiv.org/content/10.110… Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab
While it's only a formality and everything was already arranged before I even applied, it's still exciting to be officially admitted to the CS PhD program at Université de Sherbrooke, starting this summer !
My first official research paper is out ! Thank you Maxime Descoteaux, Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab and everyone who helped in the process of making this article. Turns out that reinforcement learning does work !
Thank you @midl-conference.bky.social for the outstanding reviewer award and thank you for allowing me to be a session chair for the "Image Acquisition and Reconstruction" session ! It was a blast and featured really cool work. #midl2021
Thank you again #MIDL2021 for the 'Outstanding Reviewer Award' and, of course, for the chance to taste what Lübeck has to offer :) @midl-conference.bky.social
Finally ! Tractostorm 2 is finally out ! Thanks to my multiples collaborators and raters, we further investigated white matter pathways and tasks' instructions and protocol dissemination influence virtual dissection reproducibility and agreement. 1/N onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/hb…
Amazing image Maxime Chamberland, Maxime Descoteaux, Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab (SCIL). Congrats!!
Latest work on what matters in white matter reinforcement learning tractography 😃. Great work by superstar Antoine Théberge and team. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…
