There is a civil unrest in West Bengal.This is the right time to impose article 365 President's rule in the state.People have come out to the streets irrespective of age,status, religion.Is the PM,HM keeping a track of the events in Bengal?I hope and pray for Bengal.

CJI's directions today in the supreme court is welcome but the committee to be formed should be given a time limit to come up with the results in a short given time.How far these directions will materialize in the hospitals and medical colleges remains questionable
