I believe coaches need to build in time for their own mental health so that they in turn can be their best selves for their athletes. And as talented as they are, its hard to recover if you never take a moment off.

Has anyone had success getting in touch with a human at Xfinity Support ? We have wires laying across our yard, a dangerous situation (on top of no internet service for 10 days) I submitted the report and had it closed within 30 minutes, with no human reaching out.

Love this idea. I think the magic is to build adventure in your routine.
